These rules must be followed by explorers at all times during Camp & Competition.

Form must be completed per post and returned to the LFL office by deadline.
Weekend Camping Registration is $20.00. Deadline April 30th, 2019.
Cabins and Lean-tos available with limited space so please register promptly! Cabins are on a first come first serve basis and will also be prioritized to posts spending the entire weekend at Pouch.
Every youth explorer participant is expected to have an agreement form filled and printed regardless of night duration. Advisors should have all forms on persons during check-in.

Deadline April 30th, 2019.
Competition slots are limited and will close strictly on deadline, or untill space is full.
Once full, posts will be registered under “Stand-By,” and will be given placement to compete only in the event a registered post cancels or is deemed a “no-show,” in the order in which units have registered. Stand-by posts are responsible for having a representative “on call” and available near one of the check-in areas. If your post is next on the queue list and the staff is unable to find you promptly, you WILL lose your placement to the next post up. (Phone service is limited.) Please note there is a chance your post may not be able to compete in team scenarios, but are welcomed to enjoy the other activities and individual competitions.
Competition Check-in will begin promptly at 7:30a.m. and end at 8:30a.m. on the Camporee Field. Team Competitions will be held in both the camporee field and Susan E. Wagner High School. The multi-agency Mid-way will be displayed on the Camporee Field.
